AMAZING German Chocolate Cupcakes

1 box German chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded coconut (if you're a coconut fan)
1 cup chopped pecans (if you want!)





Mix together cake mix, eggs, and milk. In a separate bowl, combine coconut and pecans. Divide and scatter nut mixture evenly in the bottom of each paper cupcake liner and set aside.

Pour chocolate batter on top of nut mixture, filling each paper liner 2/3 full.

To make a cake like this one, no need to put nuts/coconut on the bottom of pan! And inbetween the layers of the cake put some German Chocolate filling (Betty Crocker!) It makes up for the nut/coconut that you didn't add earlier.







GREAT cream cheese frosting!

4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 package (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar

Cream together melted butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Beat until light and smooth.
